Appellation: D.O.C. Friuli Isonzo
The golden straw yellow colour is accompanied by a warm, complex, concentrated nose with hints of ripe pears and hedgerow and a subtle end note of crusty bread. The well-orchestrated palate is full with good length.
Ideal with steamed sea fish, delicate fish risottos, vegetable soups, spaghetti with red mullet, tagliatelle with saffron flatfish, turbot with potatoes, mixed bouillabaisse.
