Appellation: D.O.C. Friuli Isonzo
Straw yellow with greenish highlights. The nose reveals layers of flowers and fruit with undertones of wisteria and rose. The soft, buttery palate is nicely complex with a fresh, savoury finish.
Ideal with steamed sea fish, delicate fish risottos, vegetable soups, spaghetti with red mullet, tagliatelle with saffron flatfish, turbot with potatoes, mixed bouillabaisse.
