    Conosciamo Enrico Paternoster, mano enologica del Castello di Spessa

    Dietro ai vini del Castello Di Spessa Golf Wine Resort & Spa, dal 2014, c’è una mano enologica che ha saputo interpretare lo stile ricercato da Loretto Pali: la mano di Enrico Paternoster.
    Enologo di origine trentine, trascorre la sua infanzia in Val di Non e, dopo aver frequentato l’Istituto Agrario di San Michele all’Adige, inizia il suo percorso lavorativo nel mondo del vino, dapprima in Toscana, dove affianca Giulio Gambelli; poi, tornato in Trentino specializzandosi anche nella produzione del Metodo Classico. In quegli anni, conosce e affianca un altro grande personaggio nel mondo del vino: l’enologo Giorgio Grai.
    Dal 1999, avvia la sua collaborazione con l’Istituto Agrario Edmund Mach di San Michele all’Adige, uno dei più importanti centri di istruzione e ricerca scientifica in campo agrario.


    Dall’incontro tra Loretto Pali ed Enrico Paternoster si delinea lo stile dei nostri vini: eleganza e potenza in un solo calice.
