And for golf lovers, there are seven 18-hole golf courses.
For those of you with a love of stronger emotions, you can choose from climbing and trekking along trails which join alpine refuges together, hang gliding and paragliding, canoeing and kayaking on the limpid streams and lakes like pearls.
Within natural parks and caves, the discovery is infinite: numerous natural parks and reserves, which are habitats to chamois, steinbock and birds of prey that will lead you to discover the most genuine of environments. And you can even bite into the heart of the rock, amongst caves and canyons.
You can experience a number of different but always intense emotions: on the Friulian Alps, where you feel like you are touching the eagles’ wings with your eyes whilst you lose yourself amongst the fiery sunsets; amongst gentle hills covered in vineyards, like the Collio, or sketched with magnificent rivers such as the Tagliamento, where a number of dirt tracks and roads bite into the breathtaking scenery that changes with every twist and turn; in the exceptional environment of the Grado and Marano lagoon that can even be discovered by motorboat; on the sea which laps the long and gentle shores of Grado and Lignano or the little bays off Trieste, which can also be reached by boat.
