    CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Deep ruby colour. Ageing in large Slavonian oak barrels for several months results in a full, fragrant nose with delicate notes of raspberries and currants with floral hints. The firm palate has well-integrated tannins and a pleasantly fruity, spicy finish.
This wine is ideal for pairing with first courses served with game sauces, stewed and poached meats and with the typical muset e brovada (a type of fresh pork sausage with pickled turnip).

    MERLOT

Ruby colour. Ageing in large Slavonian oak barrels for several months balances the fruity notes with spicy balsamic sensations. The velvety palate offers notes of black cherries, blackberries and blueberries, along with the warmth and elegance of this great grape variety.
This wine pairs well with filled pastas served with meat sauces, grilled meats, furred game and seasoned cheeses.
