    “RASSAUER” FRIULANO

    Straw yellow colour with subtle golden highlights, accompanied by a complex nose combining fruity hints of apricots and peaches with floral and mineral notes. The weighty palate vaunts perfect acidic grip, ensuring excellent length.
    It pairs magnificently with hand- sliced Prosciutto Crudo di San Daniele. Excellent with hard boiled eggs and asparagus or with spring herb frittatas, bean and pearl barley soup or risotto with asparagus tips, artichokes and radicchio di Treviso.

    “SEGRÉ” SAUVIGNON

    Straw yellow colour with bright greenish highlights. The very complex, concentrated nose offers fruity notes of peaches and grapefruit, accompanied by typical floral and vegetal aromas ranging from elderflower to box hedge. The fresh, concentrated palate has a particularly long, full flavoured finish.
    Perfect with shellfish, prawns and lobsters. Pairs well with Catalan lobster, Sauvignon turbot, bread crumbed sardines.

    “SANTAROSA” PINOT BIANCO

    Straw yellow colour with golden highlights. The nose is particularly full and concentrated, with top notes of ripe tropical fruit accompanied by sweet floral notes. The buttery palate is savoury and extraordinarily well balanced.
    Ideal with light appetizers, steamed fish and sea fish, delicate fish risotto and pasta or vegetable soups, spaghetti with red mullet, tagliatelle with saffron flatfish, seafood soup with polenta, ovenbaked gilthead bream, turbot with potatoes and bouillabaisse.

    “JOY” PINOT GRIGIO

    Straw yellow with coppery highlights. Characteristic nose with fruity notes of ripe pears and pomegranates. The warm, balanced, full-flavoured palate is savoury and concentrated, with hints of red berries.
    It pairs magnificently with hand- sliced San Daniele raw ham. Excellent with hard boiled eggs and asparagus or with spring herb frittatas, bean and pearl barley soup or risotto with asparagus tips, artichokes and radicchio di Treviso.

    “YELLOW HILLS” RIBOLLA GIALLA

    An old grape variety that adds to the prestige of Friuli’s wine growing heritage. The bright straw yellow colour is accompanied by a characteristic nose of delicate meadow flowers with citrussy undertones, and a full-flavoured juicy palate with a long finish.
    It pairs well with light appetizers, such as fresh cheese, cold cuts and raw vegetables. Ideal companion to seafood and delicate freshwater fish dishes. Excellent with spring herb omelettes.

    “CASANOVA” PINOT NERO

    Bright ruby colour, accompanied by a full nose with hints of red berries and pleasant spicy undertones. The palate displays velvety, closewoven tannins, and an elegant fruity finish.
    Pairs excellently with braised red meats as well as with medium and long-aged cheeses.

    “TORRIANI” MERLOT

    Deep ruby colour with a deep, vibrant nose offering notes of ripe red and black berry fruit, from cherries to blackberries. The firm, mouthfilling palate is elegant and well-orchestrated.
    Excellent with roast red meats, game and mediumand long-aged cheeses
