On the ground floor, a cosy restaurant - La Saletta del gusto – offers select ham and cheese from Italy and abroad, chocolate matched to sauces and fruit pickles, as well as the wines made by Castello di Spessa, La Boatina and the distillates produced by De Mezzo. La Boatina is a farm linked to the Castello di Spessa Resort group, whose aim is to offer their guests a pleasant stay with a friendly welcome.
